Up around 6am. Grabbed a quick shower before TheBaby woke up. Got her cleaned up and ready for her day, and dropped her over at the day care. Headed into work early for lack of anything else to do.
Spent most of the day working on small tools for intranet stuff -- a little templating system (which I'd been working on at home anyway) and a faq tool on the same framework. Not the most necessary thing, but a nice relaxing way to pass a few hours. Also did some mail catchup, and the normal Friday long lunch plus comic book shop visit.
Headed home a bit early, arriving around 4:30pm. Hung out for a bit and read some comics, and then went and fetched TheBaby from the day care. We played a bit, and then came inside -- and played some more. TheBaby had a bit of dinner, and then we went to the Metro station to pick up TheWife (who had been in NYC overnight). We then grabbed some dinner for big people and returned home. After TheWife and I ate, she got TheBaby down to dinner. Rest of the evening spent relaxing. I fell asleep on the couch, and moved upstairs to the bed around 12:45am.
