Up around 7am, because that's when TheBaby wanted to get up. Did the normal morning stuff, with the occasional baby play break. Eventually TheWife got up, and then the business of the day started: painting in the soon-to-be study (nee dining room). First we had to finish removing the wall paper from the top half of the walls. With the help of a bottle of blue goo, and several hours of elbow grease, that got carried out. Somewhere in there was a lunch break, and a nap for TheBaby.
TheWife had a party in the evening, so she cut out around 4:30pm. I kept on with the scraping, finishing up shortly before dinner. TheBaby and I ate, then she had a bath, and went to bed without too much trouble. I went back to work, washing down the walls to remove the last of the glue, and washing the remants of the blue goo off the crown moulding and the chair rail. After that, I took a bit of a break, and then started in with the masking, getting the easy parts (the entryways, the crown moulding) knocked off.
TheWife arrived back home shortly before 2am and we both fell into bed.
