Up around 9am. Spent the morning finishing up party prep, including burning some CDs and getting a playlist together in iTunes. TheWife ran to the store and picked up party platters and some lunch. After lunch, I ran to the package store and bought a bunch of ice. I got home and filled up our little grey party tub with beer and ice.
Minor party drama: the eVite site was down for maintenance, which meant that the people who waited until the last minute to grab our address and get directions were out of luck. We fielded a number of phone calls regarding that. 8^)=
First people showed up around 2:15pm, and at that point the mayhem was on, for the next eleven hours or so. It seemed like a really good party to me. I didn't get to spend as much time with everybody as I wanted to, because I was busy getting the door and/or opening beers and/or grilling stuff, but people seemed to have a good time. We'll have to do it again next year.
Bed was around 1:30am -- things got a bit drunk out later in the evening...
