TheWife pulled me out of bed around 6:15am, on her way out the door for a day trip to Albany. I stumbled through my normal morning shiznit, and then got TheBaby ready and off to day care (after she woke up, around 8am). And then it was off to work.
Couple minor emergencies in the morning, which sucked up a lot of time and energy. Hard to get going after that, so we went to lunch instead. Bit of work in the afternoon, interrupted by the regular big weekly meeting. Bit more work after that, and then home early to fetch TheBaby from day care.
Played with TheBaby and then read, and then it was dinner time. Bath time after that, and then TheBaby went down to sleep peacefully. Got caught up on mail, etc., and talked a bit with TheWife, who was waiting on a delayed flight in Albany. Also jammed in a one-hour ride, bringing the total to the week to 81 miles. One more day, 19 miles -- very doable.
Showered, welcomed TheWife home, read a bit while having a beer, and then hit the rack, around 12:30am.
