Up at 5:45am. Read some mail, then tried to have a workout, but TheBaby woke up in the middle of it, scuttling that plan. Got her ready for the day, then got me ready for the day; dropped her at her job (i.e., the day care), and headed off to my job -- stopping on the day to pick up some donuts.
Into work around 9:20am. Very bad day in the sense of getting things done -- spent a lot of time in meetings and discussing various issues with various people. (I realize that this counts as getting things done; it's just that I didn't accomplish any of the things that I set out to accomplish, and seemed to spend a lot of time going over the same things multiple times. Ho hum.)
Left work around 4:40pm. Picked up TheBaby, hung out at the house for about 30 minutes, and then picked up TheWife at the Metro station. Out for dinner after that, then some shopping, then home. I caught a "nap" (at 9pm...) while TheWife got TheBaby down for the evening. She woke me back up around 10:30pm, and we watched stage 12 of the Tour before turning in. Lights out around 1am.
