Out of bed around 8:30am. Dinked around in the morning, doing nothing much. TheBaby and TheWife were off to swimming lessons around 10:30am, and I hit the trainer not too long after that. Rode for an hour, bringing me up to 70 miles for the week. Was cooling off and thinking about getting in the shower when TheWife and TheBaby showed up. Grabbed a quick shower, then finishing bathing TheBaby while TheWife got her shower on.
Quick run to Taco Bell for some lunch, followed by a nap for TheBaby and work for TheWife and I. TheBaby woke up around 3pm, and had a bit of a snack.
Wanted to do a bit of shopping, so we all piled into the van and headed out, hitting first Best Buy, and then the comic book store in Bethesda, where we ran into G. Chatted briefly, then we strolled down to the southern part of Bethesda for a bit of dinner at the Austin Grill.
Home around 9pm. TheBaby went down to sleep, and TheWife and I watched the last bits of the final stage of the Tour. (Armstrong won.) Bed after that.
