Up at 5:45. Fifty minute workout this morning. Interesting knee poppings afterward.
Into work around 9:30am. Head-down sort of morning -- managed to get a thing or two done. Post-lunch, bit less productive. Our friend D. arrived via Metro around 4pm. Stowed his stuff in the car, then he hung out for an hour or so while I finished some last things up.
We met TheWife and TheBaby for some dinner, walked around a bit, then headed for home. Chat and misc. TV into the evening. I pooped out around 11:30pm; not sure how late TheWife and D. were up.
